  We visited Ask on Monday 10/4/17 for a family meal.
  Service was attentive, friendly and timely and our waitress (who sadly I didn't get the name of) was on point every single time.
  Our table was cleared in good time and drinks served exactly when we needed it and in good time.
  Food arrived in good time and given the large order, you sometimes expect mistakes or something not to arrive when a restaurant is busy - but this wasn't the case.
  Food as always was beautiful and we didn't have a single complaint.
  We was given a free bottle of presecco as we was celebrating a variety of events which I thought was a really nice gesture.
  Overall I don't have a single complaint and neither did the rest of my family - an amazing night, food and spot in service.
  Highly recommended and we will be visiting again for sure.

  Booked an 8.45 table on a Saturday night using the Ask website just an hour or so beforehand then got to restaurant to find that these website bookings don't go through to the actual individual restaurants for a couple of hours. So after about 40 minutes we all got seated, but despite the fact that the restaurant was emptying out we didn't get our food until 10.30. The pizzas when they came were hot but the pasta dishes quite cold so they had to be returned. The individual servers were as helpful as possible and very nice but the absence of any management to apologize or offer something in compensation says a lot. We did get 20% off the bill but only because we asked fir a reduction and had probably spent more than that on wine while we waited for food. Very disappointing....

  We didn't book before we dined, but were seated quickly. The food was beautiful and the fresh lemonade was the be I have had. The staff were very friendly. I would definately recommend.
